Your appointment time is reserved especially for you as I see one client at a time. When the appointment is made, the client is essentially reserving time & the provider’s ability to earn income. That spot is blocked from anyone else or any other form of income during that time. When that reserved spot opens with less than 48-hour notice it is often not enough time to fill it & results in not only lost income for your provider, but also negative income since business operation expenses still occur. Cancellation fees lessen that impact. We require all new & current clients to supply a credit card to have on file. The card on file is added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted & remains secure.
You will get a text confirmation request from Vagaro 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hour notice, I will charge a $100 fee to your credit card or gift certificate on file. The same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. No call, no show will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment which may result in a no-show/late cancellation fee. When you are late it affects every other appointment after you & I am not always able to work you in. I often turn people away expecting that you will keep your scheduled time reserved with me, although I understand emergencies happen. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances, please understand that these changes not only affect me, but other clients as well. I strictly adhere to these policies in order to be able provide high quality aesthetic care to all my clients.

In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of the series, credit for the prorated share of unused treatments may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by the spa.
At Eastside Aesthetics by Lena we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, clients show that they understand and accept this condition.
Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase or may be exchanged for other products or spa credit.
