New Patients: All new Patients require a New Patient Consultation. Please choose “new patient consultation” when choosing your first appointment request.
*Before your appointment is approved, our front desk will call you
to go over our new patient policies and procedures.
*Facial appointments do not require a consultation
ANY APPOINTMENT BOOKED ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 17TH WILL BE AT OUR NEW OFFICE.
*Credit card is required to request an appointment.
*Please write any notes or special requests in the comment box prior to booking.
Please specify where you want to get dermal filler-
for example: lips, cheeks, chin or smile lines.
*Please understand our online booking is an appointment “request” and is subject to availability. Our staff will happily call you to reschedule should your request no longer be available.
Cancellation Policy : BCRN Aesthetics is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
Please call us at 713-806-4742 at least 24 hours in advance to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call the office by 4 pm on Saturday.
If 24-hour advance notice is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment. If you are to NO SHOW without any notice at all there will be a charge of $100.
